Some stuff from last year. Cutting tatami scraps with a PPC production sample sword. This is the "one-off custom" sword in earlier published videos. Just doing some approaches with mostly kesa giri cuts. The cuts in this vid are overpowered for this sword and target. Sword has very nice cutting geometry and doesn't need much power/tip speed for processing MDTO. JULY 2017: The production version of this sword is being sold by LG Martial Arts and John Pope. Sale listings are on the "Modern Katana Enthusiasts" Facebook group.
